GOVERNOR UDOM EMMANUEL VISITS CORPS MEMBERS AT ORIENTATION CAMP

Batch 'B' Stream 1 National Youth Service Corps Members serving in Akwa Ibom State will not forget today Friday 10 th August 2018, in a hurry as the state Governor, Mr Udom Emmanuel, took time off his busy schedule to visit them at the Orientation Camp, Ikot Itie Udung, Nsit Atai Local Government Area. 

The Youths friendly Governor who was treated to a rousing reception by the Corps members used the occasion of the visit to inspect electricity Generating Set which he donated to the Orientation Camp, advised them to make their service year worth while and announced the donation of ten thousand naira transport fare to each of the corps members to facilitate their movement to their places of primary assignment as they will be leaving camp on Monday 13th August 2018.



In the Governor's entourage were; the Honourable Commissioner for Youth and Sport, Mr. Monty Uko, and his Information counterpart Mr. Charles Udoh, Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Technical Matters and Due Process, Elder Ufot Ebong, Chairman of Nsit Atai Local Government, Hon. (Lady) Emem Ibanga among others.
